Dr. Myles Munroe Preacher to be buried December 4th


The late Dr. Myles Munroe and his wife who both died in a plane crash in November will be buried on Thursday, December 4.
Bahamian Evangelical Christian evangelist and ordained Pentecostal minister, Dr. Myles Munroe, who died early last month will be buried on Thursday, December 4.
Munroe and his wife, Ruth, alongside other passengers on their way to Freeport, Grand Bahama for a conference were killed in a private plane crash on Sunday, November 9. Bahamian officials stated their aircraft struck a crane at a ship yard near Grand Bahama International Airport.
A memorial service would be held on behalf of the Myles on Wednesday, December 3, while the couple would be buried the following day on Thursday, December 4.
The Bahamas Faith Ministries have also revealed that their late founder, Dr Myles, and wife will be in a closed casket at their memorial service.
The ministries spokesman, Kevin Harris, has revealed that the bodies of Munroe and his wife would not be opened for view out of respect for the family, who have decided not to have the caskets open.
The burial ceremony of other passengers who lost their lives in the plane mishap kicked off on Saturday, November 23 with the burial of co-pilot, Franhkan Cooper. The Parks family who lost their son, his wife, and the unborn baby buried the deceased on Wednesday, November 26 while the pilot, Stanley Thurston, was interred on Saturday, November 29, 2014.
Myles' partner and Senior Vice President of the ministry, Dr. Richard Pinder, will be laid to rest tomorrow, Tuesday, December 2.

The monarch later came out from ILE IGBO with smiles and majestic dance steps welcomed by thunderous shouts "Kabiyesi ooooo!" Seven First class students as 17,695 students set to Graduate from LASU

The Lagos State University (LASU) said that it would issue its certificates to 17,695 graduands at its 20th Convocation scheduled for May 25 and May 26. Its Vice-Chancellor,Prof. Olanrewaju Fagbohun, who said this at a news conference on Thursday, added that the graduands were for the 2013/2014 and 2014/2015 academic sets. Fagbohun said that 6, 241 graduands would be convocated for the full time programme. The vice-chancellor said that seven students made first class division , while 1,040 made second class upper and 3,271 made second class lower divisions. He said that 1,575 made third class division and 206 would be graduating with a pass degree. According to Fagbohun, at the External System, one student made first class, while 1,016 made second class upper division. He said that 6,990 made second class lower division, 767 made third class division and 10 students made pass.
