SAFETY IS EVERYBODY'S BUSINESS

SAFETY TIPS. 1. Never go to bed with your car's fuel tank empty (No fuel). In case of an emergency, what if your good neighbour isn't at home. 2. Never employ a nanny you don't know her home. Some of them are child traffickers in disguise. 3. Never go to bed with your phone empty (No airtime). Most emergencies happen at night. 4. Do not stand or park your car under high tension cable especially when it is windy. 5. Do not attempt to start your generator with your phone torchlight as the source of light. As this could cause explosion. 6. Do not answer telephone calls in the kitchen when your gas cylinder is turn on. 7. Endeavour to crawl under the smoke if a house is engulfed by smoke, as walking straight could cause suffocation. Smoke mounts up. 8. If by mistake you swallow a fish bone, lick salt, and pull your ears while you cough out the fish bone. 9. If you are in any traffic or 'hold up', 'go- slow' as in local parlance, if you must ...

*WHO WILL DELIVER THE DELIVERER: A CONSIDERATE EXCURSUS ON PMB* by *Daniel Adefare*

*WHO WILL DELIVER THE DELIVERER: A CONSIDERATE EXCURSUS ON PMB* by *Daniel Adefare* *"...prayers, intercessions...be made for kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life...."* If we pray for those in authority, we are assured of a peaceable life. This prevailing issue of our ailing president does not unconcern us. Prior to this time, I wasn't a fan of Buhari, but overtime, as a young man, I imagined him to be my father and everything changed. Arguably, most of us don't like him, but could we please, start to imagine for few minutes, if he was our DAD. When your dad or mum is sick, nothing around you would matter anymore. Huhn😳🙄 *My fellow good Nigerians*, the earlier we start seeing true picture of the situation, the better for things to turn out fine at the end. Let us start to remember President Mohammadu Buhari in our hearts and prayers. Let us pray for him not only as our President, but also as our father, brothe...

HIS IMPERIAL MAJESTY, OBA BABATUNDE ENITAN ADEYEYE OGUNWUSI, Ojaja II: OPEN LETTER TO YOUR HIGHNESS I salute your highness for measures being put in place to restore peace and harmony in Ile-Ife, the cradle of the Yoruba. Following your 10 days historical visit to the United Kingdom, Aláyélúwà, Àrólé Oòduà Your Imperial Majesty Oba Adeyeye Enitan Akande Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, I hold that your highness should have cancelled the trip in order to foster peace and unity in Ile-Ife following the Yoruba and Hausa communal clash last week. Your ever-present presence would in no small measure helped to pacify the situation. The crisis was quite an unfortunate one and unexpected within the expected. Though it has been scheduled that Your Highness and entourages will be in the UK for 10 days historical visit. However, you would have rescheduled the visit. Olórí-Aládé-Gbogbo, "kò sí ìgbà tí a dásọ tí a kò rílẹ̀ fi wọ" tótó ṣe bí òwe Kábíèsí. The visit could have been rescheduled till ...
